How do I book Meet & Greet parking?

Booking with Heathrow Airport Meet Greet is quick and easy. Simply select your travel dates, choose your preferred parking service, complete the booking form with your personal and vehicle details, and proceed to secure payment. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.

Can I book parking on the same day as my departure?

We recommend booking in advance to secure availability and the best rates. However, same-day bookings may be possible depending on space availability. Please check online or contact our support team for last-minute availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to secure your preferred service and best pricing. During peak seasons (summer, Christmas, school holidays), booking 2-3 weeks ahead is advisable.

What should I do on arrival for Meet & Greet?

Drive directly to your departure terminal. Call the phone number provided in your booking confirmation 10-15 minutes before arrival. A uniformed driver will meet you at the designated meeting point, inspect your vehicle, and park it securely while you head straight to check-in.

What if my return flight is delayed?

If your return is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible via phone or email. Additional charges may apply depending on the extra parking duration. We monitor flight arrivals, so we'll be aware of major delays.

Do I need to pay the ULEZ charge?

If your vehicle does not meet ULEZ emission standards, the daily charge applies when driving within the zone, including airport areas. We recommend setting up Auto Pay to avoid penalties, as vehicles may be moved between secure compounds.

How do I cancel my reservation?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Please include your booking reference number. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and whether you purchased cancellation cover.
